* Coastal Climate & Environment
Our hotel sits within a classic coastal environment—warm, humid, and close to the ocean. This unique setting brings fresh sea air and beautiful sunrises, but it also means higher humidity and more active local wildlife than you might experience inland.
* Routine Pest Control
Our property is professionally treated on a regular schedule by licensed pest control services. However, due to our natural coastal surroundings, it's not uncommon to occasionally see a dead palmetto bug (large roach) or other insects, especially near entry points.
This does not indicate poor cleanliness, but rather confirms that our pest control system is working. If you see one, please notify our staff—we’ll take care of it promptly.
* Humidity Awareness
Coastal humidity can affect how the room feels and how fabrics dry. To keep your space comfortable:
- Set your A/C to a consistent temperature and avoid switching it off and on frequently.
- Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioner is running.
- Hang wet towels and clothing to prevent dampness or mildew.
* Housekeeping Tips
Humidity can cause fabrics or towels to feel slightly damp if left out. Please use the hooks and towel bars provided. If you’d like fresh linens or additional housekeeping, our team is happy to assist.

Parking is located directly in front of our main buildings, with easy access to walkways and the beach path. Some rooms may be a short walk from the primary parking area, reflecting the classic coastal motel layout.
* Wi‑Fi & Connectivity
Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available throughout the property. If you experience any connection issues, please contact the front desk and we’ll assist right away.
* Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during these times, especially in outdoor walkways and stairwells.
* Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests by respecting posted signage and disposing of cigarette waste properly.
