By entering and/or staying on the premises of CMI Hotel 1935, you agree to the following conditions:
Check-In & Check-Out Process
Self Check-In is available via the computer, telephone and Auso device with feature call button at the registration counter.
You may also contact an agent using the lobby telephone.
Audio/video surveillance is in use at the registration counter.
Only 1 or 2 guests are allowed in the lobby during check-in; additional guests must wait outside or in the lobby.
Check-in time: After 3PM to 12AM. Closed 12AM to 9AM.
Early check-in: Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur extra charges.
Children are not allowed at the registration counter.
The front desk agent reserves the right to refuse check-in and contact local law enforcement if necessary.
Payment & Refund Policy
Prepaid reservations require full payment via credit card in advance.
If payment is made with a credit card not belonging to the guest, the agent will not complete the check-in process.
Refunds must be requested through your travel agent via email.
Hotel staff or management cannot approve or process any refunds.
Deposit required: Starting from $100 to $250 per room.
Deposit returned (minus property fee) will be processed on Tuesdays, excluding holidays.
The company maintains a strict no refund policy on deposits if the guest fails to follow the stated policies.
No associate is authorized to issue a refund on any deposit.
Any refund requests submitted through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) will be declined if the customer did not comply with the company's policies.
Guest Requirements
Guests must be 21 or older to book a room.
Guests under 21 may be accepted with a $300 deposit and must present valid government-issued ID.
Guests must be 16+ with ID and be accompanied by someone over 21.
Residents within 100 miles of the hotel (e.g. Horry County, Georgetown County, North Myrtle Beach, Loris, Marion County, Lake City, etc.) are not
allowed to make reservations.
If your booking was made unknowingly by a third party, please contact the company directly.
Front desk agents cannot cancel or modify bookings. Room changes are allowed only based on availability.
Company has no refund policy on deposit if policy not followed. No associate can refund deposit. OTA request will be decline due to customer not
following poilcy.
Beach & Cleanliness
Any guests returning from the beach must use the outdoor shower by the pool before entering the room.
Sand and sand flies must be rinsed off before entering to avoid fines or issues.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
For maintenance issues, text 843-455-1817 or use the lobby computer to chat with an agent.
Guests are responsible for plumbing fees (parts & labor) if caused by misuse.
Housekeeping services are available upon request for a $25 fee (9 AM – 3 PM).
Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. Use trash bins for hygiene products, wipes, etc.
At check-out, please gather all trash in one place for easier pickup.
Property Rules
No smoking inside rooms, bathrooms, porches, or (outside include PARKING LOT) Even your vehicles — $250 fine.
Vaping and e-cigarettes are only allowed near your vehicle.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
All visitors must register at reception and are allowed only until 8:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct, and that of their children or visitors.
Guests and visitors must respect hotel property and other occupants.
No grills allowed on the property.
Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the property or law enforcement involvement.
Safety & Parking
The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms for safety checks or maintenance.
No cooking in microwaves (reheating only).
All guests must wear shoes or flip-flops at all times .
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items in rooms or vehicles.
Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Employees may not enter guest rooms unless a guest is present.
24/7 security camera surveillance in effect.
$500 fine for possession of weapons.
Pets & Weapons
No pets or emotional support animals allowed.
No weapons are permitted on the property.
Pool Rules
Pool is open 24/7.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
No food, drinks, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes at the pool.
Showers required before entering the pool.
No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
No outside guests allowed at the pool.
The use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. CMI Hotel 1935 is not responsible for accidents or injuries .
General Guidelines
Rooms are not available for tours. Viewing through windows is not restricted.
Guests are responsible for:
Adjusting their room temperature.
Controlling water temperature (varies by room).
Maintaining cleanliness of the room.
Surveillance Notice
Audio and video surveillance is in use at the registration counter and in common areas.
Recorded footage may be used as evidence for law enforcement or submitted to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) as needed.
Emergency Procedures
During emergency safety checks, hotel staff may enter a room if there’s no response.
